It is not a chatbot in the generic sense. Maya follows a deliberate flow: staff count, origin and destination districts, services needed, and timing. Once it has enough context, it gives you a breakdown by category covering base move, packing, IT relocation and building premiums, plus Dubai-specific flags you actually need to know.

How it works, step by step
When you open the AI estimate tab, Maya greets you and starts with one question. From there the conversation takes about two minutes.
Staff count
Maya asks how many people are relocating. This is the single biggest cost driver, because a 10-person move and a 100-person move are completely different operations.
Districts
Where you are moving from and to matters a lot. A move between mainland buildings is different from a DIFC-to-Business-Bay move, with different permits, different time windows and different tower logistics.
Services
Do you need full packing, IT equipment relocation, furniture dismantling? Or just a truck and movers? Each service adds a specific AED range to your total.
Timing
Weekday or weekend? Daytime or after-hours? Premium commercial towers in DIFC, Business Bay, and Downtown charge AED 2,000 to 6,000 extra for after-hours access. Maya flags this if it applies to your move.
After those four exchanges, Maya produces the estimate, not just a number, but a breakdown with context and practical advice you can act on.

The Dubai knowledge built into the estimator
The AI is trained with specific knowledge about how commercial moves work in each Dubai district. Here is a sample of what it knows:
- DIFC: requires both a DIFC Authority gate pass and a building NOC, so allow at least five working days and budget for a vehicle deposit.
- DMCC / JLT: needs a DMCC moving permit plus the building NOC. The permit is separate from the building process.
- Business Bay and Downtown: most towers restrict moves to evenings or weekends, adding AED 2,000 to 4,000 to your quote.
- Expo City: requires an Expo City Authority pass with a refundable gate deposit, often missed by companies moving there for the first time.
- Mainland buildings: building NOC from facilities management only, typically two to five working days, usually free.
