OfficeMoveEstimator is a free budgeting tool that helps Dubai and UAE businesses estimate the cost of an office move before they contact moving companies.
What we do
Getting a realistic office relocation budget in Dubai usually means calling several movers and waiting for callbacks. We built a faster starting point: enter your office size, districts, and services in a form, upload a photo of your office, or describe your move to Maya, our AI advisor, and get an indicative AED range in under two minutes.
Alongside the estimator, we publish practical guides on Dubai-specific topics that generic moving advice misses: building NOCs, free zone permits (DIFC, DMCC, TECOM, Expo City), tower access rules, and week-by-week planning timelines.
What we are not
We are not a moving company. We do not operate trucks or crews, we do not sell leads, and we do not provide binding quotes. Every estimate on this site is indicative, and final pricing always depends on the licensed moving company you choose, a site survey, and your building's access rules.
How the estimates work
Our AED ranges are built from typical Dubai commercial move pricing across office size bands, move distances, and service add-ons like packing, IT relocation, and furniture dismantling. District factors such as after-hours requirements in DIFC, Downtown, and Business Bay towers adjust the range. We review the benchmarks periodically to keep them aligned with the market.
